When can you collect Emma's Diary Bump-to-Baby pack (week 27)?
When does the Bump-to-Baby voucher unlock?
Emma's Diary's July 2026 page labels Bump-to-Baby as best for from pregnancy week 27. The due date you entered at sign-up is what the club uses to decide whether that voucher is live. The public page does not publish a grace window before week 27 or a cut-off after birth.
- Confirm the week in the club Log in on the website or open the app Club page. If Bump-to-Baby is still locked, the brand clock has not opened it, whatever a shop shelf holds.
- Open the Bump-to-Baby voucher only Tap or download that pack so the barcode matches Bump-to-Baby, not Mum-to-Be. A wrong voucher can be refused even when the nappy bag is in the cupboard.
- Read the shops printed on that voucher The how-to steps name Argos or Boots. Some brand copy still names Sainsbury's as an extra till for this pack. The voucher in your hand is the instruction for that day.
- Ask for the week-27 pack by name Say "Emma's Diary Bump-to-Baby", not "the baby freebies". Leftover Mum-to-Be bags are a different SKU.
Why does Argos say the second pack is after birth?
Argos's Emma's Diary FAQ, checked 10 September 2026, says you can collect two packs: one during pregnancy and the other when the baby has arrived. Emma's Diary's own page times that second pack from week 27, which is still pregnancy for most people.
If an Argos assistant quotes the after-birth line, show the unlocked Bump-to-Baby voucher. MayTally cannot settle a till argument; the two public pages simply disagree on timing.
Can I collect this pack at Sainsbury's?
Sometimes, if the live voucher says so. Brand copy for Bump-to-Baby has named Sainsbury's, Boots or Argos. The same site's step-by-step still tells people to take vouchers to Argos or Boots. There is no public list of which Sainsbury's counters hold the bag.

What should I check on the voucher screen?
- Pack name: Bump-to-Baby, not Mum-to-Be.
- Unlock state: barcode visible, not a "coming soon" lock.
- Named retailers on that voucher.
- Your due date in the profile, if the pack is still locked after week 27 — a mistyped date keeps the voucher shut.
Do not freeze 2023 contents. The July 2026 page lists a full pack of nappies, wipes, breast pads and cleaning samples as examples, and says contents vary.
In shortIn short: week 27 on the Emma's Diary clock, two public timings if you read Argos as well, and Sainsbury's only when the voucher names it. Stock is still a till question.
Questions parents ask
- Can I collect Bump-to-Baby before week 27 if the shop has leftover bags?
- The brand times this pack from week 27. A shelf bag without an unlocked voucher is not a published early-collect route. If the app is still locked, wait until the voucher appears.
- Does the voucher expire after I give birth?
- The July 2026 public page does not print an expiry date. Argos describes the second pack as collectable after birth. Check the voucher screen; if it still shows a barcode, the club has not closed it.
- Is Sainsbury's available for Mum-to-Be as well?
- The extra Sainsbury's line appears against Bump-to-Baby, not against the early pack. Mum-to-Be copy names Boots or Argos. Always read the shops on the voucher you are holding.
- Do I need to take my maternity notes?
- Official collection pages ask for the club voucher, not maternity notes. A shop may still ask you to confirm the pack name. NHS notes are for antenatal care, not for a freebies till.
