How do I unsubscribe from Bounty and each partner club separately?

Why is one Bounty unsubscribe not enough?

Bounty's privacy policy, last updated 20 May 2025, splits third parties into two groups. Bounty Partners are firms Bounty emails on behalf of. Those messages still come from Bounty, and Bounty says your data stays with Bounty unless you consented to a share so the partner can write to you directly.

Other Membership Clubs are optional ticks at registration. If you joined one, Bounty says that club also became data controller of your information, and your relationship with them is under their terms and privacy notice. The policy's important note is explicit: you need to unsubscribe separately from each membership club. The Bounty process "applies only to communications from Bounty and from Bounty on behalf of Bounty Partners."

How do I unsubscribe from Bounty itself?

   Use the link in a Bounty email Bounty's unsubscribe page and privacy policy both say to click the link at the bottom of any Bounty email. The policy adds that this gives a choice between specific types of email or all emails.

   Or change preferences on the website Log in at bounty.com with the same email and password as the app. Open the profile from your user name and amend contact preferences.

   Or change preferences in the app My Profile → edit details, and set "no" to receiving free samples and offers. Push notifications have their own App notifications toggle.

   Allow Bounty's published processing time Bounty says it comprises interconnecting services and that it can take a few days for all systems to update, so messages can still arrive while the request is processed.

   Ask for deletion only if you want the account gone Bounty's personal-information page says to email [email protected] from the registered address, subject "Deletion of Account", with name, address and postcode. That is erasure, not only an unsubscribe.

Bounty also publishes [email protected] if a miscarriage or loss means future contact would cause harm. That route is for those circumstances, not a general marketing opt-out.

How do I leave each membership club I ticked?

Bounty's policy currently names the clubs you may join during registration as Ickle Bubba, KidStart, Polly and Huggies (one section of the same page omits Polly and lists the other three — use the welcome email if a name does not match). Search that inbox for each brand, then use that controller's opt-out.

What if a partner is still writing after I left Bounty?

Check the From line. If the message is still from Bounty, Bounty's own process has not finished, or a Bounty Partner mailing is still in the queue — Bounty says a few days is possible. If the From line is Ickle Bubba, KidStart, Huggies or another club, Bounty's unsubscribe never covered it.

The ICO's public spam-email page: follow the opt-out in the email; if there is none, use the privacy-notice contact; if messages continue, consider an ICO complaint. PECR still requires each sender to have your consent or a valid soft opt-in of their own.
