How do I redeem a Real Nappies for London voucher online?

Where does the Real Nappies for London e-voucher arrive?

RNFL says it issues the voucher by email unless you asked for post. Online applications are usually processed in two to three working days; a postal voucher can take up to ten working days. Add [email protected] to your contacts list so the message is less likely to sit in junk.

The e-voucher shows your name, address, issue date and expiry. If nothing has arrived, RNFL asks you to email that same address or call 020 3150 2023. Do not invent a code or reuse someone else’s — the proper use of the voucher is the named person’s responsibility, and RNFL says fraud can be referred to the issuing local authority.

The North London Waste Authority points Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Hackney, Haringey, Islington and Waltham Forest residents to the same RNFL scheme. Redeeming still follows RNFL’s steps, not a separate NLWA checkout.

How do I redeem the voucher online without the code being rejected?

RNFL’s own redeem page is clear: do not enter the voucher code in a supplier promotional-code box. That box is for shop discounts. The nappy voucher is checked on RNFL’s database.

  1. Choose a listed supplier Only suppliers on RNFL’s where-to-buy list can lock the voucher. Use the list on How to redeem your voucher rather than a random marketplace seller.
  2. Read that shop’s RNFL instructions Each listed supplier should publish how it wants the voucher sent. Typical route: place or hold the basket, then email the shop your name, voucher code and the delivery address printed on the voucher.
  3. Match the delivery address The delivery address should be the same address as on the voucher. The supplier may hold the order until it can verify you on the secure database.
  4. Keep to one purchase and the SKU list The code must be used within six months of the issue date, in one purchase. Allowed lines are reusable nappies, wraps, booster pads, liners, nappy grips and training pants, or a paid trial laundry service. Swim nappies, buckets, wet bags, reusable wet wipes, changing mats and clothes are outside the voucher.
  5. Keep an itemised receipt RNFL asks you to obtain an itemised receipt when the voucher is spent. If the shop cannot verify the code, contact RNFL at once rather than paying in full and hoping to unwind it later.

Only the person named on the voucher can use it, and they must still live in the borough printed on it at the moment of redeem. A supplier may ask for identification or current proof of address.

What if I redeem at a shop or a nappy demonstration?

RNFL says to take evidence of identity to a demonstration or a retailer’s shop. You can show the e-voucher on your phone or print it. The same named-person, residency and SKU rules apply as online.

Do not treat a demo as a second chance to split the voucher. The one-purchase rule still holds. If you are unsure what fits, ask the retailer to confirm the basket against RNFL’s list before they lock the code.

Can my partner or a relative spend the code for me?

RNFL terms say the voucher can only be used by the person named on it. If you applied on behalf of a partner, their details should already be the ones on the form. A grandparent’s card and a different delivery address is the usual reason a shop refuses to lock the code.

If the named person has moved, or the baby will not be at the voucher address, that is a residency question — not a checkout trick. See the issuing terms; there is no published “send it to grandma” option.

In shortIn short: find the email, ignore the shop promo box, write to a listed supplier, ship to the address on the voucher, and spend once within six months on allowed nappies or a laundry trial. MayTally does not redeem codes or hold the RNFL database.

Questions parents ask

Why does the code do nothing in the discount box?
RNFL tells applicants not to paste the voucher into a supplier promotional-code box. That field is for the shop’s own offers. The nappy voucher is verified on RNFL’s database after you contact the supplier.
How long do I have to spend it?
Six months from the issue date, in one purchase, with a listed supplier. RNFL may email reminders during that window. After expiry the code is spent in the sense that the scheme will not treat it as live — ask RNFL, not the shop, if a date looks wrong.
The supplier is holding my order. Is that normal?
Yes. RNFL says the supplier may hold the order until it can verify the voucher on the secure database. They only see the applicant’s name, address and voucher code. If it sits for more than a couple of working days, email RNFL and the shop together.
Can I use the voucher with any London nappy shop?
No. It has to be a supplier on RNFL’s where-to-buy list. A well-known brand site that is not on that list cannot lock the code, even if it sells the same nappies.
