When does the free CuboAi Care year start?

On Cubo’s UK Care page, every CuboAi Smart Baby Monitor purchase includes one year of CuboAi Care Premium. That year begins when you pair the product to the CuboAi app for the first time. Cubo’s own warning is not to pair until you are ready for the subscription period to begin. Delivery, unboxing or charging the stand does not start the clock.

Cubo’s help article on enabling Care adds that once Premium is activated it cannot be paused. Pairing is the start line. A long wait between delivery and first pair is the only official way to delay the year.

What do I actually lose when Premium ends?

The UK Care page is explicit: when the year expires you are no longer subscribed to a CuboAi Care Plan and have only basic camera functions, unless you manually renew Premium or upgrade to Ultimate at the then-current price (Cubo says that price may differ from today’s). No. Covered-face and rollover alerts are product features, not a clinical service.
