Can you claim Emma's Diary packs again for a second baby?

What do the live Emma's Diary terms actually say?

The legal wording is shorter than the marketing page. Lifecycle Marketing Group Ltd's terms (page updated 22 March 2024, re-checked 10 September 2026) treat gift packs as Samples and cap them.

Creating extra accounts to reprint barcodes sits against 'one Sample per customer'. This page does not walk through that.

How do you update the same account for a new due date?

The form already expects later children. Use the login you already have. If the due date on file is simply wrong, that is a different fix: correct a wrong due date on a baby-club account.

   Log in, do not register Open emmasdiary.co.uk or the app with the original email. Use forgotten-password if needed. A second registration is a new customer record, which the terms do not invite.

   Open profile / children Update the current due date or add the next child's date of birth in the fields the club already shows (second and third child). That is how the club times emails, not a hidden pack reset.

   Read the live pack screen Open gift packs and see which barcodes, if any, still show as available. A greyed or 'already redeemed' state is the system applying the one-per-customer cap.

   Preference Centre If you only wanted timed emails and not partner mail, change third-party options in the Preference Centre (website Profile, or the app information button). The Data FAQs describe that path.

   Ask the club, not a forum workaround If a till already took both named packs on the first pregnancy, write to Emma's Diary via the site contact route and quote the one-per-customer line. Staff may or may not reopen a barcode; that is their discretion, not a published second-baby right.

Does listing a second child's date of birth unlock new packs?

No published sentence on the gift-pack or terms pages, checked 10 September 2026, says that adding another date of birth reprints Mum-to-Be and Bump-to-Baby. Those date fields sit on the same forms that personalise 'FREE samples in the post' and weekly emails. Personalisation is not an entitlement.

What if the till says the barcode is already used?

A used barcode is the usual end of the till-pack offer for that customer, not a prompt to invent a new email. Ask the store to confirm they scanned the current voucher (printed PDF versus an expired app code — see Emma's Diary app barcode expires in 20 minutes). If the scan is genuinely spent, the terms have been applied.

• Keep the same membership for emails, hospital-bag leaflets and any new member offers the club adds later.
• Do not treat a second pregnancy as a reason to clone the account.
• Labour-information booklets from a midwife are a separate object, not a reprint of the Argos bag — Emma's Diary labour information pack.

In short, can a second baby have the same till packs?

In shortOfficial wording on 10 September 2026 is still one sample per customer in the UK. Two named packs exist on one membership. A new due date retimes content; it does not, on the published terms, restart the till offer. Update the account you already have. Extra logins are not a method this page will set out.
